A Hard Road

Greetings Brother’s and Sister’s, In The Mighty Name of Jesus, The Christ!!!

“And Jesus said unto him, No man, having put his hand to the plough, and looking back, is fit for the kingdom of God.”

Luke 9:62

Blessings my Brothers and Sisters, unto you and your house!!! Many of you have skirted the Truth of a Blood Bought, that is, you have said, “…oh your Life after Accepting Jesus will be a Life Of Roses…” in some fashion or manner. You have purposefully ignored the Weightier Of The Walk With Jesus, the Meat of God’s Holy Word. You have spoken “Feel Good” messages to soothe the itching ears of those who implore you to do so, a board filled with Unrighteousness.

It should be said, should have been said all along, that Accepting Jesus as Lord and Savior was not going to be an easy task, that the Walk Requires Sacrifice of one’s own Life, that “Their Ways” are Not Gods Ways and that Change Must occur. For too many of you have said that they are a “Brand New Creature“ in their Acceptance of Jesus, but that only deals with Spirit and not the Soul, nor the Body. Your speech, your messages, your Life must include All Three, to the Believer, The Blood Bought.

Brothers and Sisters we have a Price To Pay that Requires a Sacrificial Living, saying we are Living Sacrifices For Jesus.

“And he that taketh not his cross, and followeth after me, is not worthy of me.”

Matthew 10:38

Our Cross is very important for us to Recognize and to Deal With, it is our very Soul that must be Crucified having Sin Removed from our Lives in order to Live Godly Lives. Jesus took care of our Spirit, but it is up to us to Yield to The Spirit, taking Responsibility for Our Thoughts, Our Emotions and Our Actions. The Road is Hard; it is so hard that Jesus said that there will be Few that will find it.

“Because strait [is] the gate, and narrow [is] the way, which leadeth unto life, and few there be that find it.”

Matthew 7:14

So, we must Change, we must Endure what God feels every day, that is, Rejection From The World. We need to Understand This, that when Jesus came and Died In Your Place, that is, He Is YOUR SACRIFICE FOR YOUR SIN in the fact that when we ask Jesus to come into Our Lives To Save Us, we are asking Him to Take Our Place In The Punishment that we all deserve, keeping us from going to the Lake Of Fire for Eternity. But there are Two Elements that are Required for us to deal with, that is, The Soul and The Body. They are Our Responsibility To Comply To The New Spirit given to us by Jesus, which is The Holy Spirit.

To continue to understand the Price We Must Pay, we must Study Daily, we must Pray All The Day Long, We MUST be Obedient to The Word and Spirit, it is a Hard Road.

Jesus said that in one area we must Fight, Overcome, dealing with our Families. That in some cases our own families will become our enemies because of The Changes in our Lives. In fact, they will become the Enemies Of Jesus, Of God. This is but a fraction of what Our Cross is to Bear…

“³⁴ Think not that I am come to send peace on earth: I came not to send peace, but a sword. ³⁵ For I am come to set a man at variance against his father, and the daughter against her mother, and the daughter in law against her mother in law. ³⁶ And a man’s foes [shall be] they of his own household. ³⁷ He that loveth father or mother more than me is not worthy of me: and he that loveth son or daughter more than me is not worthy of me.”

Matthew 10:34-37

…it is A Hard Road…

“³⁹ He that findeth his life shall lose it: and he that loseth his life for my sake shall find it. ⁴⁰ He that receiveth you receiveth me, and he that receiveth me receiveth him that sent me.”

Matthew 10:39-40

Jesus told us how we should be Identified as Blood Bought, that the Acceptance Of Change will occur to those who truly Accept Jesus AS Lord and Savior.

“³ And he spake many things unto them in parables, saying, Behold, a sower went forth to sow; ⁴ And when he sowed, some [seeds] fell by the way side, and the fowls came and devoured them up: ⁵ Some fell upon stony places, where they had not much earth: and forthwith they sprung up, because they had no deepness of earth: ⁶ And when the sun was up, they were scorched; and because they had no root, they withered away. ⁷ And some fell among thorns; and the thorns sprung up, and choked them: ⁸ But other fell into good ground, and brought forth fruit, some an hundredfold, some sixtyfold, some thirtyfold. ⁹ Who hath ears to hear, let him hear.”

Matthew 13:3-9

There are those who will hear The Gospel, but before it can take any effect Satan steals it away. There are those who will hear The Gospel but the cares of Their Ways of Life will outweigh the need of Jesus. There are those who will hear The Gospel but the Ways Of The World will destroy the Obedience To Jesus. Then, Praise Jesus, there are those Who HEAR The Gospel and Their Lives Are Changed By The Word and Holy Spirit and they Bear Witness to the Fact that Jesus Is Their Lord and Savior!!! We need to Understand that Jesus is looking at those who Bear Fruit Of His Sacrifice, who will Endure To The End of Their Lives.

Our Brother Paul said it best…

“I am crucified with Christ: nevertheless I live; yet not I, but Christ liveth in me: and the life which I now live in the flesh I live by the faith of the Son of God, who loved me, and gave himself for me.”

Galatians 2:20

We must Understand that the things of the Flesh are against the things of The Spirit, the two fight continuously, nonstop, night and day. But Our Will, which is part of the Soul, can Force our Emotions, our Minds and our Bodies to be subject to The Spirit…it is A Hard Road!

“But I keep under my body, and bring [it] into subjection: lest that by any means, when I have preached to others, I myself should be a castaway.”

1 Corinthians 9:27

“Therefore if any man [be] in Christ, [he is] a new creature: old things are passed away; behold, all things are become new.”

2 Corinthians 5:17

“¹ I beseech you therefore, brethren, by the mercies of God, that ye present your bodies a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable unto God, [which is] your reasonable service. ² And be not conformed to this world: but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind, that ye may prove what [is] that good, and acceptable, and perfect, will of God.”

Romans 12:1-2

We, My Brothers and Sisters, must Bear Our Cross, We, My Brothers and Sisters, WE MUST CHANGE from Darkness into The Light within us, bringing all Elements Of Our Lives into Subjection To Jesus AS LORD OVER OUR LIVES!!!

Now, we are not alone in this fight that we must be in, Jesus sent the Holy Spirit to Help Us, to Guide Us and to Strengthen Us, but there is a caveat to this…

“And he answering said, Thou shalt love the Lord thy God with all thy heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy strength, and with all thy mind; and thy neighbour as thyself.”

Luke 10:27

The Heart, The Soul, The Mind and Your Strength MUST ALL CHANGE and Comply to The Holy Spirit and The Holy Word of God. We Must Love Jesus beyond Loving anything else in this Life, He will NOT be Second in any area that touches our Lives, no matter how we feel about it.

“⁵⁹ And he said unto another, Follow me. But he said, Lord, suffer me first to go and bury my father. ⁶⁰ Jesus said unto him, Let the dead bury their dead: but go thou and preach the kingdom of God. ⁶¹ And another also said, Lord, I will follow thee; but let me first go bid them farewell, which are at home at my house.”

Luke 9:59-61

The Road Is Hard, but the Prize at the end of all things is worth more than ten thousand worlds filled with gold and silver, BUT, and again I say BUT, YOU MUST ENDURE UNTO THE VERY END OF LIFE!!!

“But he that shall endure unto the end, the same shall be saved.”

Matthew 24:13

Now, before you faint into despair, know this, you will fall, you will mess up, you will do things that you should not do or say, but Praise Jesus that there is Grace!!! But this does not mean you can do whatever you want, but what it does mean is that as long as we are in the Flesh there will be issues that will allow us to fall and at times even make us fall, BUT, we are NOT To Remain In That Fall, in THAT SIN! We are to Repent, that is, Ask For Forgiveness that we have done wrong, we cannot ignore it, we cannot comply to the Sin, but recognize it for what it is and that We Must change and Comply to the Will Of The Father through Jesus His Son, even as Jesus did…

“And he went a little further, and fell on his face, and prayed, saying, O my Father, if it be possible, let this cup pass from me: nevertheless not as I will, but as thou [wilt].”

Matthew 26:39

Jesus was at odds with His Mind, His Soul, He did not want to go through what He was about to, so He Pleaded with The Father not to let it happen, but Jesus had to MAKE THE CHOICE to Do The Fathers Will above His OWN…The Road Was Hard Before Him. We likewise must endure our Cross and do the same, we must Deny the Flesh and Submit To The Spirit in Overcoming This World!!!
